The 99.6% uptime guarantee (I emphasize – guarantee) is pretty important as I had to learn.
There are a lot of providers that might be free and a few that might be cheaper, but you should only consider them if you are prepared to see your site or web-application offline a lot.

For 135$ a month you get a very professional package. High hardware performance, good availability, bandwidth and connection. But I would not recommend it from start. Especially because you can easily upgrade without any additional costs.

As I am just starting Forex I really like the idea to invest only 10$ a month at first and upgrade later.
I have to agree with Gerald. It is really good that you can start with a small package and get the possibility to upgrade without any fees. This gives you great flexibility without high costs at the beginning.
this is the worst vps hosting company, I have a windows VPS and these guys keep restarting my vps without telling me in advance.
Its a night mere VPS services, super bad and ultra unreliable, stay away of them if reliability is important for you.
