Difficult to impossible to get direct support via phone or chat. You can’t install additional MT4 demo accounts yourself. You have to ask them to do it for you. I requested it twice. In slow response e-mails, they said they would do it but then never did. So I cancelled my account with them.
That is too bad, Kent. Did they say anything? Maybe they got backed up because of employees on vacation or calling in sick?
The offer seemed quite good though.
I am quite happy with them. To be honest I do not use this very excessively and my demands are far from special, so I did not have to contact support so far.

Maybe Mr. Davidsson had bad luck or they contracted some very bad or “fresh” Call Center. But the most Call Centers improve over time. I would really like to hear a more up to date experience report on this.
With a 60 day money back guarantee I think it is not a problem to try this. Two months should be enough to configure the system and work out individual issues.
